Hi, I’m Gab, welcome to Gabcooks! I cook in Quebec and share simple, varied recipes, with little tips to make your life easier. My motto: the simplified version, no fuss, no headaches.

I launched my channel @gabcooks in 2025 without overthinking it: I just wanted to get started. The photographer in me also wanted to explore filmmaking.
